Temperature Range & Calibration
The temperature range of this fan smoker is 32℉~572℉ (0℃ ~ 300℃) for short time use. and 32℉~482℉ (0℃ ~ 250℃) for continuous monitoring. The temperature accuracy is±1.8℉ and the calibration range is ±12℉.
