Welcome to TopKamado (https://topkamado.com/). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products from our online store. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This website is operated by TopKamado, located at Faneromenis 121, Larnaca, Cyprus. 1.2. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. 1.3. By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to make a purchase.

2. PRODUCTS & PRICING

2.1. All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include Cyprus VAT at the current rate (unless otherwise stated). 2.2. While we strive for accuracy, errors in pricing or descriptions may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund. 2.3. Our Kamado grills are handmade ceramic products; minor cosmetic variations in the glaze (crazing) are normal and do not affect performance or warranty.

3. ORDERING & PAYMENT

3.1. An order is considered accepted only once you receive a “Dispatched” or “Order Confirmed” email. 3.2. We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards and Cash on Delivery (COD) within Cyprus. 3.3. TopKamado remains the owner of the goods until full payment is received.

4. DELIVERY POLICY

4.1. We deliver throughout Cyprus. Shipping costs and estimated times are calculated at checkout. 4.2. Inspection on Delivery: Customers are required to inspect the packaging upon arrival. If the external box is visibly damaged, please note this on the delivery slip or refuse the delivery. 4.3. Any internal damage (cracked ceramics) must be reported within 24 hours of receipt with photo/video evidence.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14-DAY RETURNS)

5.1. Under Cyprus & EU Law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason. 5.2. To exercise this right, the product must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging. 5.3. Return Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to our Larnaca warehouse unless the product is defective. 5.4. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

6. WARRANTY POLICY

TopKamado offers a tiered warranty to the original purchaser only:

  • Ceramic Components: 20-year limited warranty against structural cracks.

  • Metal Parts (Hinges, Vents, Grates): 1-year limited warranty. (Does not cover surface rust or oxidation).

  • Accessories & Thermometers: 1-year limited warranty.

  • Felt Gaskets: 3-month warranty (considered a wear-and-tear part).

  • Exclusions: The warranty is void if chemical fire starters (lighter fluid) are used, as they damage the ceramic. It also does not cover damage from improper assembly or commercial use.

7. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)

7.1. We collect and process your personal data (Name, Address, Phone) solely for fulfilling your order and providing customer support. 7.2. Your data is protected under the Cyprus Data Protection Law and the EU GDPR. We do not sell your information to third parties.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1. TopKamado is not liable for any indirect losses, fire damage, or injury resulting from the improper use of the grill. Always use the grill outdoors and away from flammable structures. 8.2. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

9. GOVERNING LAW

9.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. 9.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Larnaca, Cyprus.
